    1. +barbara homan correct. Blending is better as you get the whole fruit while
      juicing strains out the fiber. That being said when you blend a fruit or
      vegetable to the point of being very smooth, liquidy, then the fiber bonds
      are destroyed too. however, you still get all the nutrients-even the ones
      attached to the fiber, even if less whole fiber.

    raw cloves of garlic. It sucks and taste terrible but the benefits works
