    1. +Mike Jones Hi Mike, you’re right, I got many conflicting things told to me
      back then. Seems each physician had a different thing to say. The ER Doctor
      said they would put a stent even before doing antsy testing, where as the
      experience nephrologist said that it’s super rare to out a stent in the
      kidney artery and he would never do it because studies have show it to be
      useless, with little to no improvements with blood pressure issues. I was
      put on beta blockers then, but my nephrologist took me off them because I
      kept having unstable pressure, with fainting. We tracked my pressure for a
      month, early morning before moving upon waking, and in the evening after
      lying down in a quiet dark, place, for 15 minutes. My pressure was fine and
      in the normal range. He said if I had high pressure it would be high even
      after resting or during sleeping. So he concluded that I probably do not

      with hypernatremia(High Blood Sodium). Last week I went to the doctor and
      my blood pressure was 116/80. Today I went to the dentist and they checked
      my blood pressure and it was 142/98.

      When I came home from the dentist I checked my blood pressure monitor and
      it was 143/83.

      Does hypernatremia causes the blood pressure to fluctuate up and down like

      and you should ask your doctor more about this. But, I will tell you what
      my doctor told me about this issue when my pressure was doing the same
      thing. Your blood pressure is never the same at every given moment. If your
      sitting it will be one way, if your walking it will be higher, if your in a
      hot shower it changes, stressed changes it again. That why when taking your
      pressure y need to be lying down in a quiet, dark place, for 15 minutes
      without moving around, to get your true blood pressure. Also, there’s
      something called “White coat syndrome”, it means when your at the doctors,
      your stressed, so when they take your pressure it’s high. But then when you
      go home and take it, it’s normal. Track your pressure each morning and
      night for a month. Morning, do it before you move around, stay as still as
      possible. I set and alarm, put the cuff on go back to sleep and when I
      start to wake up I take it right away.

      in a quiet dark place, and then don’t move and take it. I also try a
      breathing excersize, it lowers pressure right away. Basically ybreathe in
      for 7 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds and then breathe out for 7 seconds.
      You have to do it for at least 15 minutes. Try it, by resting, take your
      pressure, do the breathing and take it again. Basically the breathing
      excersize calms the nervous system relaxing the small muscles that line the
      arteries, allowing blood pressure to come down. My cardiologist told me to
      try it. It worked for me, and if you do it three times a day, after about
      three weeks, your pressure could stabilize more. But don’t take this as
      medical advice because I don’t know anything about your medical issues and
      pressure problems. Mine was more stress related, so weight loss, food
      changes and drinking the water helped me get things under control. Your

      readings alike. Test it morning and night for the first month to get your
      truest values. Then test twice a week after resting in a quiet place for 15
      minutes, if you feel stressed out then do the breathing excersize first.
      Always bring your results to your doctor and have them evaluate you and
      monitor you. Don’t stop taking your medication without consulting with your

      trying the water cure, stay within your sodium allowance for the day
      recommended by your nutritionist or doctor. Salt water cure isn’t meant to
      add more sodium to your diet, it’s meant to add minerals and better quality

      vegetables, fruits, and quality proteins. There is little sodium in whole
      foods. Unprocessed sea salt is higher quality.

  2. I just want to mention that when I say distilled water, I mean, don’t buy
    distilled water, please just let the water sit on the counter for a few
    hours to allow the chlorine to evaporate., please don’t drink store bought
    distilled water.

    of bacteria, I said it will help the chlorine to dissipate. Bacteria will
    grow at this time as well. Leave it sit just for a short while, research

      care to share the brand of the unfiltered sea salt you’re using as there
      are so many in the market? You might want to take a look at Sundown’s cod
      liver oil w/D3 which has the perfect balance of Vit A/D3 [10 to 1]; you can
      find it on Amazon. I use purified water as distilled is stripped. Thanks

      jar as the bag it was in started to rip. I just buy unrefined Himalayan

  4. Magnesium and potassium also work well to lower blood pressure. Women
    should have about 350mg per day, men 450mg, please research the values to
    be sure it’s correct for you. I’ve found that using 250mg of potassium 3
    times per day lowers my pressure if it stays high for too many days. Always
    track your progress! There are many apps to do this with. Potassium is sort
    of like a sodium eraser. Most people need about 4300mg per day. It’s best
    to get it from foods as it can be dangerous to use it from supplements.

  7. Thanks for your information. My bloodpressure is playing jo-jo. It started
    today at 170/94, went right down to 114/70 and now it is at 163/87. I am
    taking medication, plus I am taking tumeric, cayenne pepper and also 500 iu
    Vitamin D3. Thhe last 3 have been taking now for about 3 weeks. Now I will
    try to drink more water. Maybe that is my problem. Thanks again.

    1. How’s your stress issues Barbara? My doctor said if he sees my pressure
      going up and down in a short period of time, its stress related. Take your
      pressure once a week, lie down for 20 minutes, do breathing excersizes,
      breathe I’m for 7 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds, then breathe out for 7
      seconds. Do this for 15 minutes in a dark quiet room with the pressure cuff
      on your arm. At the last breath, start your machine without moving, stay
      still. That will be your true pressure. See if it’s different from your
      usually way of taking it. Let me know if it’s lower.

  8. High blood pressure is not always diet based. If you take on other people’s
    problems, don’t express your feelings, and bottle it up, it causes high
    blood pressure. All high blood pressure is can be defined by your blood
    vessels constricting like you would your muscles. When you constrict your
    blood vessels it makes them get more narrow and increases the pressure. For
    people who eat OK and still have high BP, all I can say is Scream and Shout
    and let it all out. Do not internalize stress. If someone is making you
    feel stressed avoid them. Express our feelings and do not bottle them up.
    That energy has to go somewhere. Don’t let it be inside of you. Avoid
    processed foods, caffeine and anything high in salt. Did you know you can
    lower your BP reading by taking deep breaths in and out before doing the
    reading? When you breathe deep it gives your blood more oxygen and it helps
    your heart pump.

      protein powder mixes and walk 30 minutes twice a week, as week as cut my

    1. Thanks for your question Robin, from everything I’m reading about water
      intake basically it’s being said that you should drink half of your body
      weight in ounces. So if you take your weight example 140lbs, divide it by
      2= 70 ounces of water. So about 7-8 (8oz) glasses of water per day. If a
      persons weight is much higher, then it may be harder to drink that much
      water. I fill a pre-measured jug of water each morning and drink it during
      the day. This way I don’t forget how much I’ve a.ready had. When the jug is
      empty, then I know I’ve done my 8 glasses that day. Thanks for your
