  1. Step 2: eat foods that are high in potassium such as: bananas, sweat
patatoes, cantaloupe(my fav.), kiwi, pears, patatoes(baked), raisins,
yogurt, lima beans, brussel sprouts apricots, spinach, tomatoes, avacado,
and many more. You should drink lots of water, nothin like water to flush
you out. Do Not Stress Out about anything, do, say, and think of things
that make you laugh! Oh, and laughing is also exercise! Stretching is also
good been scientifically proven to extend life span by 10 years!

  2. #3. Monitor your blood pressure everyday if you have time. If you just
finish eating, monitor 4 hour after, never right after you finish eating or
else you won’t get an acurate reading. #4 Prayer. I don’t know your
religion, and I don’t want to offend you, but I get my strength through
prayer. Remember that you are stronger than ANY disease on this earth, and
you can achieve any and everything you set your mind to! Believe these
    things because they’re true!

  3. Aspirin(pain killers) also helps thin the blood and helps relieve pressure
off the heart and atery walls. I took 2 every 4 hours and it made a big
change. It also relieves headaches if you experience them with high blood
pressure. 2 aspirin pills every 4 hours can be a beneficial regement if you
don’t take prescription drugs. Don’t let the possible dangerous outcomes of
high blood pressure threaten you. You can beat this! You can still reverse
    it.

  4. LOL…you’re welcome! I know I gave alot of info, it’s because I know how
it is to feel like your health isn’t progressing. Hopefully these tips can
help in some kinda way. All the best!

  5. Hi, Im a guy who has been on and off the Raw Food diet for the past 3
years. I was 240 lbs and my medically ideal weight is 174. My Blood
Pressure was hitting 165/120 so I lost almost 40 pounds eating mostly raw
and whole. My bp was still at around 150/101 just yesterday after being on
Losartan bp meds for 2 months. Im really frustrated and to be honest have
been having anxiety because of it. I need answers fast. I dont want to have
problems later in life because of damage from high bp. thnx.

  6. I did go to the doctor & found some things I didn’t know like not drinking
enough water will raise your blood pressure. I was on one that was
potassium. However, the doctor didn’t bother to educate me that I could be
potassium deficient. I just thought the med. was a “bp” med. I was on 2
diff. meds. & it still didn’t go all the way back down, caused
mild/sporadic memory loss, extreme water retention, extreme fatigue. I
slowly lowered the dose while eating more postassium rich foods.

  7. part 2. bananas, COOKED spinach (cooking releases more potassium than
eating it raw), raw garlic (peel/smash it, wait 5 min. releases enzymes,
chop and swallow like a pill), lots of water, juicing grapefruit (don’t use
it if on meds makes some kinds ineffective), celery, beets, kale (yes, the
stuff to garnish your plate, has more vitamins than spinach, apples,
carrots). Pressure down & of course watch the salt intake even if you don’t
use the salt shaker. Get enough sleep.

  8. Summer: for my water, I buy smartwater, freeze them and let them defrost
throughout the day so I always have cold water, then refill. I use 2
bottles for like a week, then buy more or it gets expensive. Up to 60-80
ounces a day and also drink 2 glasses fiber a day, pills not enough fiber,
if can’t stand and need flavor use the orange kind sugar free.

  9. I was on two medications also. In less than 3 months of changing my diet to
raw I am off both medications. Of course my doctor was against it but if my
blood pressure is no longer high why would I continue to take medications.
My blood pressure off of the medication is now approximately 100/70.

  10. Hey There! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I hear a lot of
people keep on talking about Hibloderox Remedy (google it), but I’m not
sure if it’s good. Have you ever tried home remedy called Hibloderox
Remedy? I have heard many great things about it and my cousin completely
cure his high blood pressure naturally with this remedy.

  11. Thank you for sharing. It looked like you were scared, because you were
always looking up and never over at the host when he was talking. But your
message is appreciated. For years I could not get the low number on my
blood pressure down (the diastolic). I had been vegetarian and then vegan
for over 25 years, but the diastolic was always in the upper 80s, which was
considered by my doctor as prehypertension. After a few days going raw,
the bottom number for my blood pressure now stays in the low 70s. I think
one time about two days ago it was actually 69. Hypertension runs rampant
in my family (both mom’s and dad’s side). I’m glad to be avoiding it at 47
    years of age.

  12. 3:34. Along with that list of “causes”, with the “no meat, no chicken”,
etc., you might also add, no refined sugar and no wheat. I say wheat not
so much due to gluten, but due to the way “modern wheat” is made. It’s not
the same (real) wheat our grandparents consumed. .
