Cure High Blood Pressure,Water Cure,Awesome UPDATE!

I'm using Dr.Batmangalidj's water cure with UNREFINED sea salt, it has to say unrefined because there's refined sea salt on the market. If you're unsure call the salt distributor or email the company. I was using refined sea salt for years until a few weeks ago, thinking it was healthier, it's not. It can raise your blood pressure because it has it's magnesium and essential trace minerals removed.

I'm taking 400 mg of magnesium, I'm using citrate, but plan on switching to transdermal type by ancient minerals.

I'm taking a low potassium and will increase it slowly over a few weeks. I'm taking 500mg. The RDA is around 4200mg. Food is my always first choice in getting minerals.

  1. I was put on Norvasc & Hydrochlorothiazide. I had immiediate side effects
when on the Hydro.(weakness,fatigue,dizziness). I took myself off that mess
cause I simply couldn’t function. I was then put on 10mill of Norvasc &
after 6months I was told it wasn’t controling my BP enough so they increase
me to 20mill. I had immiediate, horrible side effects to the higher dose.
After 3 days I tryed breaking the tablet in half but it still made sick as
a dog. Now I’m afraid of BP meds. I’m also afraid to try the water cure
since I’m African Am. cause they say blacks are salt sensitive but I
willing to try it. Any advise?

I hope you’re still around. I mean it.

I am taking Atenolol and was taking 50mg HCTZ to try to control my high
blood pressure without consistent success. To boot, during those pesky BP
surges I used to get unstoppable nosebleeds.

It took 5 doctors to figure out that Hydrochlorothiazide or HCTZ alone was
      not doing the trick.
The 5th. doctor ordered a complete blood test, and as a result then
prescribed a combination of *100mg Losartan Potassium and 25mg HCTZ
      tablets.*
Guess what? After a week my BP was near normal pretty consistently.

I’m not suggesting anything, OK? In my experience I found out that *one
      doctor does not know everything.*
One can not just go to a doctor, plop on the examination bed and say:
“Here I am, doctor, fix me.”
That is very irresponsible. Doctors don’t fix nuttin. Doctors just
      prescribe drugs.

But your health and wellbeing are not packaged in drugs that you must
      consume constantly.
One must take the responsibility to fix oneself with the doctor’s help.

      FYI:
*Norvasc* belongs to the family of medications known as calcium channel
blockers. *Norvasc is used to treat high blood pressure and angina (chest
pain).* It works to control blood pressure and reduces the number of angina
attacks by widening and relaxing blood vessels.

FYI, *Niacin* also widens and relaxes blood vessels.

*Norvasc* is very agressive and can have horrible potential side-effects:
      – abnormal heartbeat (e.g., pounding heartbeat, slow heartbeat, fast
      heartbeat)
      – dizziness or fainting when rising from a lying or sitting position
      – *increased angina symptoms* (e.g., more frequent or intense chest pain
      which is supposed to prevet)
      – signs of liver problems (e.g., nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of
appetite, weight loss, yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark
      urine, pale stools)

*Niacin* on the other hand has one side effect:
      – “The NIACIN FLUSH”. That is, for about 15 minutes you get to know what a
      prickly pear feels like. 😀

*I am assuming you are intelligent enough to research anything I have
mentioned above, rather than base your decisions on what any ONE individual
(doctor or otherwise) may say or recommend.*

      Cheers!

    2. +kevseb66 stop eating all that ghetto fried food and drink water , stop the
sodas chips, snacks, koolaid, cereals and eat like a horse and other
      vegetarians ..Vegetables and fruits

    3. +kraftworm Don’t eat any of the above & I’m a vigilant llable reader so I
know where the salt is. Most days my salt intake will not exceed 700mg.

  2. Thanks for sharing, my blood pressure has been really high, I do not want
to take the meds, because my feet would swell. I had decided I would just
let it go and see how long I would last. I am trying this today hope your
    are doing well

  3. Hello, I am glad to see you are on the watercure. My wife and I are too. I
would love to be able to write to you via email, and compare notes. Since
my wife started using water and salt, she has not had any asthma attacks in
over two years now. She also has an irregular heartbeat. I will tell you
more if you write me an email.
    thanks for your time,
    John

  4. 50% of all americans have magnesium deficiency. & magnesium is a critical
component of muscle relaxation. It is as important as calcium or sodium to
    your muscles.

  5. I read this and listened to the video telling us about this lady’s
experience. I had my husband listen as well. It would be nice if this
method worked for him, he wants to get off some of his meds.

  6. I’ve had high BP for some time, which they tell me is bad of course every
time they tell me I have high BP it goes up.. I’m going to try the
water/salt program, I already take a magnesium supplement recommended by my
naturalistic doctor and currently I’m just trying to get a better monitor
to check it with since the current one I have does not seem to work too
    well.’

I’m also taking a few vitamins, K2 and some nzimes and probiotics and
such.. I eat natural food mostly, fresh foods I but and cook myself, don’t
have a microwave.. since I hear those are bad. I tried something ‘similar’
a long time ago but of course left out the sea salt, which is the mineral
part of the equation. So, I’ve ordered some ‘sea salt’ unrefined and it
should come in the next day or so.. I’m really hoping it helps because I
have a regular doctors appt on the 1st of Dec, and want it to be lower and
better than currently, since the last time they sent me to the ER to get
them to drug me and lower it that way..

Hope I see results once i get the salt as you say within the first couple
of weeks.. I’ll keep you posted..

  7. Your problem was that you were dehydrated internally and needed more
water..Too much water and no sodium can give you a case called ”
hyponatremia”..Water flushes sodium out of the body and that could have
helped you as well if you like salty foods or have eaten high sodium foods
in the past … One cause of hypertension is caused by one of the problems
in this world is TOO MUCH CARBOHYDRATES….Carbs and blood proteins causes
glycation as well in the body and too much carbs depletes vital minerals
from the body including magnesium and potassium. If you have frequent
unexplained migraine headaches, It can raise your BP as well..Some of you
have nervous system problems and don’t know it..High blood sugar kills
nerves shields that keeps them from over firing which is another case of
HBP ( Autonomic Nervous System)…The FDA have lost there f***g minds when
they say that you should consume about 200 grams of carbs a day ,,Thats
like 3 large pizzas….All other vitamins and minerals are in milligrams
while carbs are in grams…Our govt is the cause of many of our diseases
due to poison carbs overload in all foods and beverages in this country ..A
wise from the wise (me) ” if God didn’t make it , don’t eat it” ….Stay
    healthy

    1. Wow, carbs are truly the killers here, I agree. I’ve recently heard they
arbiter cause of dental cavities as well, carbs are sugar! Sugar kills!
I’ve always had an issue with my weight, and for years I was carb loading
and didn’t even realize it. In the 90’s carbs were the thing to do! In a
large family, we use the cheaper things like bread and pasta to stretch the
meals. But now I try to keep my carbs under 80 grams a day. This is great
info, thanks so much, very helpful to me and others reading this. Thank you
      for the great comment.

  8. Well… unfortunately I’m drinking the water and taking the salt and my
pressure it still high and not really coming down, how long did it take
you? I am seeing numbers of 170 – 185/120 – 130, which as they ‘like to
tell me’ is not good, I know I need to lower it.. I’ve even tried some of
the ‘other video’s where they say they can lower BP naturally and quickly..
Am I doing it wrong? not taking enough salt?
I also go to a naturopathic doctor when I can afford it, I’m taking K2,
Magnesium and such.. I’m drinking water thru out my day, a glass like every
    couple of hours.. Suggestions? Thanks..

  9. well… Not sure if anyone reads this, but I’ve tried this ‘water and sea
salt’ ‘cure’ and had simply no results. My blood pressure was still 190/130
pulse 84 bpm.. So, currently I’m taking a 1/2 of my blood pressure med to
‘control it’ without making myself dizzy and sick.. I know drinking water
is good for the body, and my doctor tells me to take ‘liquid minerals’ (a
few drops) in each glass.. but despite drinking a lot of water with the
small amount of either minerals for sea salt, it was not doing anything for
me.. Guess I don’t work that way..

    1. Hi, sorry to hear about your blood pressure issues, it’s tough to find the
cause. The water cure doesn’t work on everyone. If your high pressure is
because of a blocked artery leading to your kidneys, it won’t work. If your
high pressure is because of inactivity and too much processed foods, you’d
have to correct those things first. I still get high pressure if I’m in a
stressful situation for long periods, or if I become dehydrated. Best thing
to do is get your doctor to do blood work, have a kidney scan, and heart
and carotid artery ultrasound, that will rule out a lot. My doctor said
high pressure usually comes from the kidneys, so have them checked. For
sure if you have a heart problem or artery blockage, water cure won’t work.
At the time my blood pressure issues were because I was severely
dehydrated. Once I learned that I needed to drink more water, my pressure
got better. I never drink sodas and rarely eat processed foods, p,ease try
and find the cause, thanks for the comment

    2. Thank you for your response, my naturopathic doctor has me eating more
grapefruits and taking Arginine to help reduce my BP, I only take 1/2 of
the pill my regular doc gave me, so I don’t get sick. but I’ll keep trying
and once I have more funds get more tests..

    1. You are absolutely right. I am walking three times a week for 30 minutes
each time, and I’m always trying to lose weight and that always fluctuates.
      Great advice, thank you.

  10. what kind of diet are you eating? in your previous video you mentioned raw
food, but in the comments below this video you say you’ve been doing Atkins
for years. I’m really curious as I want to lower my blood pressure too.

    1. I did do at,ins for a long time, then I did vegetarian, then vegan, then
raw vegan. Now I’m kind of eating some cheeses at times, and I have cream
in my coffee. I’m mostly raw, but I’m finding a balance for me. At the end
of March my nephrologist checked me out and did blood pressure tests and
declared that I don’t have high blood pressure anymore. So walking 30 mi
Utes twice a week, keeping my sodium below his recommended levels, cutting
out most animal protein and replacing it with plant based proteins and
vegan protein powder worked for me. Basically I have a half a bagel with a
half an avocado in the morning, a tomato bagel sandwich and a salad for
lunch, a protein shake and a bowl of veggies with a sad and nuts for
dinner, another protein shake before bed. I make variations of this.
Sometimes nut butters instead of avocado. My BP is still in the high normal
range so I have to keep working at it too. I eat too much and I need to
lose some weight and that should help a lot.

    2. +laurie m my weight fluctuates a lot, I tend to over eat, so that’s what I
need control of now. Thanks for your great question, take care.

  11. I really appreciate you sharing your results. It also helps to know what
else you were doing besides just the water and salt (diet changes- (less
carbs, less animal protein), walking, etc) Thanks for the video and
    updates!

    1. Hi, yes, I’m walking three times a week for 30 minutes, trying to eat as
natural as possible. Meaning, no boxed or canned food, and mostly raw
vegetables, little to no animal products, more vegan sources of protein,
coconut oil and olive oil. I’m not a sugar eater, I like more savoury and
salty foods. So I never cook with salt anymore, I add it at the table, and
I also try to use lemon juice instead of salt on my cooked vegetable. My
overweight problems come from the fact that I over eat, I’ve struggled with
that for my whole life and can’t seem to get a handle on that. Im a work in
progress, thanks for asking, I hope my answers helps others.

    1. Hi Rozzy, thank you so much for this information. I’m really trying to
change the way I prepare foods and excercising. I’ll look into this for
short term remedy, thank you for your advice. I hope it helps.

    2. Try the natural approach, which is God’s medicine. Those herbs I mentioned
before plus blood cleaners. Burdock root and Sarsaparilla. Take these herbs
everyday and I guarantee you will feel so much better.

  12. How long did it take before you noticed a lowering of your blood pressure?
Did it initially go higher before beginning to lower? I just started doing
this today and my blood pressure went UP for awhile, now it’s back down 40
    points. Is this typical?

    1. It took me about two weeks. First, what is your doctors recommended daily
allowance of sodium? You must stay under this amount, don’t go over. If
you’re already having a lot of sodium, don’t add more. What I would do is
remove a source and then try again. When you take your blood pressure, you
must be lying down for 20 minutes in a dark quiet place, basically almost
falling asleep, really relaxed, then try not to move and press the button
on your blood pressure machine. Don’t drink the water and then walk around
and take your BP while standing or sitting, this is not your true blood
pressure. Even doctors take it many times while you’re in a very quiet
state and use an average of all of the reading you get. I’m not saying to
add a ton of salt to,your water either, it’s 1/16th of a teaspoon. Never go
over doctors recommendations for sodium. You cannot have high pressure
without sodium, but you do need some sodium to live. I hope this helps. I
am actually a lot better and my continued,

    2. +laurie m +deskjockie49 continued, my doctor has just told me I don’t have
high blood pressure anymore. I’m on the high side of normal, but not
hypertension. I wish you all the best in trying to cure yourself, take 30
minute walks twice a week, and remove the extra sodium from your diet.
Count every little bit of sodium. Thanks for your question. I’m not a
medical practitioner, and this was my experience so if you decide try this
be sure that your doctor is helping you. Le t me know what happens. Also,
please find out why you have hypertension, if you have blocked arteries, or
another illness, this might not work. It’s mainly if your hypertension is
caused by sodium. We’re switching out low quality refined salt for salt
with minerals and magnesium, it’s not adding salt or sodium to your diet.

  13. What is water cure? My BP is 200/110 or 240/120 sinds my daughter is born.i
take medications. please tell me in detail about every thing.Please. I
already had a stroke .recovered 90%.
