  1. @cinthia Frieda Chu. I have not heard of hibloderox, and I will look into
it. Thank you for letting me know and keep trying to challenge the medical
system to keep your blood pressure low and healthy, : )

  2. @murali Venkata oh bless you, thank you, it’s so great to hear your good
news, you should celebrate this, I’m so happy for you. You can get off the
medication, dr.Atkins said that blood pressure medication is one of the
easiest medications to get off of, and you’re doing it! Good for you. Xo

    1. +laurie m Nice Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your
initial thoughts. Have you researched – Trentvorty Live Easy Theorem (do a
google search)? It is a smashing one off guide for curing blood pressure
minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate
after a lifetime of fighting got amazing results with it.

You said many things that were inaccurate. First a renal
duplex ultrasound study is just a screening study to determine if you may
      have
renal artery stenosis. No physician is just going to jump and say you need
      to
get angioplasty with stent placement. They would have done a CT angiogram
      first
to determine if you truly had renal artery stenosis before ever proceeding
      to
an interventional angiogram with possible stent placement. The ultrasound
      test
you had may have been falsely positive which occurs due to a variety of
      factors
such as quality of the study, technologist performing the study, body
      habitus,
overlying stuctures, etc… That is why it is simply a screening tool.
      Second,
if you had a degree of renal artery stenosis, it does not imply that your
      kidney
function is reduced and you would need a renal transplant. Renal transplants
are reserved for patients with little to no kidney function at all involving
both kidneys. People can survive perfectly fine with 1 functioning kidney by
the way, so to say you may need a renal transplant is very extreme. Third,
      if
you already have calcified plaque causing renal artery stenosis, then you
cannot reverse the stenosis by diet. There are no studies proving that
      garlic
reverses renal artery stenosis or any arterial stenosis. Garlic has simply
      been
suggested to improve overall lipid profile levels and can improve blood
pressure and cholesterol but does not reverse stenosis that has already
occurred. Another fact about blood pressure is that it varies from day to
      day and
hour to hour. If you measure your blood pressure at 6 pm one day after work
      and
having had coffee/food, it will naturally be higher than if you took it
      fasting
in the morning when you first wake up. The most common cause of
      hypertension is
essential hypertension and has nothing to do with renal artery stenosis. You
stated anytime you have high blood pressure its probably your kidneys, that
      is
far from the truth. Renal artery stenosis is a rare cause of hypertension
      and
only accounts for 5-10% of cases of hypertension. There is no study showing
that garlic, onions, or resveratrol treats renal artery stenosis. Other
      minor
things you said that were untrue, they do not give you magnesium if you are
having a heart attack. The only time magnesium is given is in cases of
      Torsades
De Pointes which is a very uncommon form of cardiac arrythmia. Another false
statement you made regarding calcium intake, calcified plaque has nothing
      to do
with your dietary calcium intake. No studies demonstrate this. The calcium
      in
your bloodstream is primarily due to the bone turnover process. Dietary
      calcium
is absolutely necessary. With all that being said, medication and surgery is
not the first line either. Diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications
      should
come first but many things you stated were simply untrue.

    3. +Mike Jones I was hospitalized with my youngest bc I developed high blood
pressure. I was induced 5 weeks early bc it had become a high risk
pregnancy. I was given magnesium in my iv, before, during and after
delivery and I was told it was to help stop me from having a stroke or
heart attack. So there is an accuracy to what she said about magnesium,
even if the particular details are not exact.

    4. +boossver That’s generally true, but not always. I have lost 100 pounds
since 2011, but my blood pressure is still sky high – even with taking 4
different HBP medications faithfully for years. Yes, I still have more
weight to lose, I eat a mostly vegetarian diet because I don’t digest meat
well due to other digestive issues, but it has become apparent to me that
weight loss alone is not the complete answer in all circumstances.

  3. After more than 2 minutes, you are still rambling on and still not info on
how to naturally lower high blood pressure. Get to the point, woman.

  4. You should really be getting the 90 essential nutrients check out Dr
Wallach and Youngevity. Lookup Dead Doctors Don’t Lie

  5. Good for you and thank you for sharing. It takes so much courage and
    determination to live healthy…

    1. +LauraBeth Scibetta the doc to told me it’s very normal for your pressure
to go up and down all day long. The best way to get a good idea of your
pressure is to take it just as your waking up, keep your blood pressure
meter under your pillow, if you can slip the arm band on an hour before you
have to get up, go back to sleep, and when you feel you are waking up,
press the start button, keep your eyes closed lay on your back and stay
“Sleepy”. Do this for a month, recording each time, this is your true blood
      pressure.

When you start to wake up it one of the hardest times on your blood
pressure because it has to get you going so it raises fast. That is why you
need to stay very still and not get excited or move quickly, alarm clocks
scare us awake, so your pressure will go up sharply after you hear it.

If you cannot do it before truly waking up, then lie down for 20 minutes,
no tv, no radio, complete quiet, keep your BP cuff on the whole time, after
20 minutes when your almost asleep, take your pressure then.

Never take it when your doing things or while standing or sitting.

I took mine before waking for a month, brought the results to my
nephrologist and he said I didn’t have high blood pressure, he said I had
stress, anxiety and panic disorder. When I got stressed it went super high
about 190/ 170 and my pulse was 120. Every time I’d go to the hospital
they’d medicate me with a beta blocker. The next day I’d be fine and they’d
      stop the meds.

So be on the watch if why you have the high BP. Get your doctor to check
everything, get a heart Doppler, heart, blood tests, your carotid artery, I
had a brain scan too, a kidney scan, I even wore a tiny machine to monitor
my heart over night. They said I was completely fine and could not find the
reason for my high BP, except stress and dehydration.

Let me know how it goes, I’d be interested to hear from you, thank you for
your comment and question. Good luck.

  7. Thank you dearly. I have included garlic and red onions (raw) in my
diet. I set the onions in cold water for a little while. Surprisingly,
I like them a lot. I am encouraged to eat larger amounts of after
    listening to you.
