High Blood Pressure | Cholesterol | Diatomaceous Earth ~~~Nancy

Hi! There is a product that I use to help to keep the 'bad' oils down to a minimum in my system. Eating healthy isn't in the cards for me at this time and my cholesterol levels tend to get into a bad place. So, this product, Diatomaceous Earth (DE) – is part of what keeps my cholesterol 'in the pink'. I've been told by my doctor that my HDL (the good cholesterol) is very, very good. Diatomaceous Earth by the way seems to be good for high cholesterol too. That is what I hear! And the yolks of eggs is also said to be very good for keeping a good blood pressure level. Look to your health care provider if you have a health concern. Don't look to the internet for medical advice. ~~~Nancy

  1. I just found your video and I have subscribed, I just purchased
Diatomaceous Earth for my cat, to keep her worm free. I have found so much
info on this stuff, I will also be taking it. I am 53 and have high blood
pressure, I use to be on 5 medications 3 years ago. My goal for 2016 is to
get off the very last pill I have to take daily for HBP. I think DE will
help. Please sub to my channel if you would like to see what happens,
    Thanks!

    1. +Newsie62 Hi – thanks for sharing. Good stuff for your cat. And – I’ve
heard good things about DE and high blood pressure. It seems that it will
normalize the b.p. Good for you – going natural! Getting off of pharma’s.
That is a healthy choice. Blessings to you! ~~~Nancy

    2. +Newsie62 Hi there! Glad to see you by my channel! I JUST lately found
Norwegian Kelp – please check into that; it may be all you need for blood
pressure; and natural stabilization of blood glucose. I’ll definately look
at your channel. It will be so exciting to watch you heal naturally! The
body heals naturally with the right stuff – you can’t stop the body from
healing – if you give it the right stuff. Look at detoxing your liver too –
the environmental toxins ‘clog’ the liver, and the body can’t filter out
the junk. Then there is trouble! ~~~Nancy

  2. Nancy, I love your site. Thank you so much for taking the time to help us.
What we put in our bodies is killing us: Literally. And, we are being
killed with permission. I don’t want to digress into politics or why things
are the way they are. Bottom-line….We need to look out for ourselves and
each other. Sites like this promote that very thing. Diatomaceous Earth is
a wonderful product. I use it to de-worm my dog. As a flea and pest
retardant. To keep bed bugs away. And, it even makes a WONDERFUL facial.
This product is AMAZING! I didn’t know about High Blood Pressure. I am
going to try it. Thank you so much again.

    1. +Aurora Borealis Thanks so much! For coming to my channel and for your
words! Yes – we are being annihilated – and with permission. It’s amazing
what there is to learn about how they work us; puppets! It’s hard to watch
that stuff and difficult because it comes from such high places – and has
been going on for centuries. So – I try and stay in the solution – it’s
easier. I just found something out about Kelp – specifically Norwegian Sea
Kelp – THAT is what you want to look at for blood pressure (I figured out
why too! ) I’m thinking of making it part of a video – it has to do with
providing ‘sodium which is balanced out by potassium’! That’s the ‘key’ –
potassium – which is not available in table salt (which will kill us); and
possibly not in regular sea salt. But it’s in this kelp. My mom was ‘wild
about Kelp’ – way back in the 1960’s when she found out about it in a
Prevention magazine. I read a pamphlet that was hers; just lately an now I
know why she was wild about it. It’s a super food; something like
Spirulina. I did a video on that and I take it every day; it’s made an
      impact on my health! ~~~Nancy

    2. OOOHHHH Nancy!!!! Thank you and many, many blessings. I saw what you said
about the Norwegian Kelp. I was able to find a bottle on EBay. I can’t wait
to try it. I learned about nori (seaweed) from my Japanese friend. She
would eat it as a snack, because of the high vitamin, mineral, and
nature-made salt content. I recently discovered about magnesium and
potassium and its importance with the cardiovascular system. I have been
taking these supplements daily for about 2 months now. Taking these
supplements, exercising, and radically changing my diet has helped me
maintain my blood pressure. I have the same problem you do about eating
healthy. My work schedule gives me very little free time. I find eating
snacks like Nori help me to keep my keel even. Again, thank you. I can’t
wait to see what you will be offering us in the future. Again, Blessings
      and peace to you.

    3. Ahhhh! You’re doing it! Ahhhh! Maintaining your b.p. — it can be done! I
love it! Thanks! I’ve eaten Nori Krinkles on salads – it is GOOD – It would
be good sprinkled in an ‘Italian Wedding soup’ – you know? That’s an idea
of something to keep on hand; for someone who can’t eat well! I’d sprinkle
it on my burritos! ~~~Nancy P.S. With turmeric!

    4. Nancy, canned beans aren’t the best, but canned or frozen beans tossed with
some onion, nori, and home-made dressing are better than most things
offered. All can be carried in a woman’s purse. I carry a can of beans, a
bottle of home-made dressing, and dehydrated onions with me. I love an
apple cider vinegar dressing, but there are many you can make and keep
refrigerated. It is better than fast-food. I hope this helps.

    5. Great suggestions. I love ideas; sometimes I get into spurts where it comes
easy for me. When life situations change; I default to fast food.Things are
settling down; it may be my time! ~~~Nancy P.S. With good flavor like that
      – it makes it attractive.
