  1. today my BP check shows 120/80 , 72 pulse rate. I am not sure that comes by
    kapalbhati,anulom vilom or by way of living. few moths back it was 145/110.
    I did reduce my salt intake to 1/2 of what I was consuming earlier & yoga
    every morning for 45 min.

      allopathy medicine?

    2. Thats great! I too am a border line hypertensive my reading would range
      between 138/80 to 140/80 around 15 days ago I measured it and it was
      126/79. I am also doing anulom vilom and kapal bhati for 15 min each. Did
      you measure your bp recently?
