  1. It took about 2 to 3 weeks before I began noticing a dramatic drop in my
    blood pressure – systolic at about 140 down to about 120. I was very happy
    with that. And I do take additional supplements. The 2 supplements I found
    (at least for me) that had a moderate effect on my bp were Vitamin D &
