The Synergy Co-Op High Blood Pressure

The number one risk factor for a stroke or heart attack is high blood pressure. Most people rely on medications to help manage their high blood pressure. This typically results in side effects. Yet there is an organ in your body that actually regulates your blood pressure. It lines all of your cardiovascular system and is called the Endothelium. By learning how to properly nourish and support this organ to achieve therapeutic increase in Nitric Oxide production you can naturally help your body regain control over your cardiovascular system to bring your blood pressure back into a normal range. And, do it without side effects. This health webinar will teach you how!

  1. isnt it okay to have higher blood pressure as long as your blood vessels
are healthy and can withstand it? also, its better for athletes right? just
want to know what your take is on this

  2. Thank you for the question. High blood pressure is always a concern
regardless of the health of your blood vessels or being athletic. You have
to remember that the wall of a capillary is only one cell thick. So
elevated pressures can cause damage even if the vascular wall is strong.
And, from my experience in exercise physiology most athletes usually have
normal systolic pressures and lower diastolic pressures. If your blood
pressure is elevated than you need to nourish your endothelium.

  4. @agingnomore im in 4th year kinesiology. but theres still a lot we dont
learn. im aware salt can increase blood pressure because it retains more
water? is the ultimate goal to constantly increase the cell walls of the
blood vessels and its strength? or to make the vessels as wide as possible,
while keeping blood pressure normal? im just curious because i know the
body regulates all this by itself, so if you were to get higher blood
pressure, your body would gradually get it back to normal

  5. @DjGoGo09 I remember my kinesiology days. Good luck!! I usually don’t
concern myself with salt. To me it’s more important to focus on potassium
as well as calcium and magnesium. If people are consuming organic fruits
and vegetables, especially spinnach then this imbalance will usually be
corrected. The ultimate goal is to strength the vascular wall and help the
endothelium function properly. Your endothelium will regulate both dilation
and constriction by the chemicals produced.

  6. Thank you. And omega 3 fatty acids also help strengthen the endothelium
right? A good diet of fruits/vegetables, nuts/seeds, and grains should
cover everything, I hope. I just don’t understand eggs and animal fats yet
and what impact they have on human health. There’s too many mixed answers
    for that.

  7. @DjGoGo09 Yes, omega 3 fatty acids help along with the fruits, vegetables
and nuts. Eggs are OK and the animal fat would be the one area that you
would want to reduce or keep to a minimum.
