  1. I’ve got whey protein creatine serios mass and casean when should I take
them? Right now I’m doing morning serious mass pre crearine post whey
beforw bed serious mass and casean

  2. Man…I wish reviews would talk more about how much this product would help
with strength and muscle gains. I just bought this and will have to see
myself….They talk about mixing etc. which is fine but they neglect the
    other stuff.

I currently can bench press 260-275 depending on the type of form I use. I
am absolutely tired of being plateaued and am hoping this creatine helps me
when doing my lower rep sets and lighter weight higher reps.

    1. +Kieran Fitzpatrick I always mix a couple scoops in with my pre-workout
right before i hit the gym. After i workout i immediately drink a protein
shake, and once i get home i take a couple more scoops of creatine alone.
Works good for me and i am 5’9 230+lb natural BB’er

    1. +levani mshvidobadze I would imagine to be able to measure out the 5g or
whatever you’re taking. I know most of their products come with a spoon.

  3. $18.99 for a 150 gram bottle?! even 5.95.. I just ordered some of this, and
I live in Denmark, where most supplements are a bit more expensive and I
    payed 11.50 for 2 300 gram bottles..

    1. I got it for free :p Because I bought Optimum Nutrition serious mass and I
      live in the Netherlands.

  4. When I took this with juice it put me off it for months. I couldn’t drink
the juice because it reminded me of the awful nausea feeling creatine often
    gave me

  5. i have only just bought creatine before, i’m on protein shakes as well…
but because i haven’t taken creatine before should i take it before and
after my work out for the first week of the gym (i go the gym 4-5 times a
week) so it settles or should i just take it before? i dont no what is the
    best someone help?

  6. Creatine does allow your muscles to take up more water, but that is not why
it works. It works because the muscular energetics phase you use in an
anaerobic exercise like weightlifting, your muscles use ATP, adenosine
triphosphate. When you break the bond in ATP, you create energy and you are
left with ADP, adenosine diphosphate. Creatine phosphate helps your muscles
build more ATP as there are more phosphates in your blood and this in turn
allows you to lift more and lift longer without tiring. The water uptake is
a nice bonus that makes you look bigger. 🙂 I love it, but tired of these
guys that don’t understand what it actually does. You should definitely
take it to get bigger and put on lean muscle mass!

  7. guys im just getting started with the Power the gold standard is on SALE
with this creatine. so i would like to know how or should i use both?
