Optimum Nutrition Creatine – Review

Optimum Nutrition Creatine - Review

This is a look on Optimum Nutritions Micronized Creatine powder. As said in the video, this is not about if, how and when to use creatine – just simply a review of this product.

Hope you enjoy!

Notice: Optimum Nutrition's creatine comes in a few different editions depending on geography. The US has a serving size of 5g and Europe/international is 3g. There's also a capsule one. Based on a conversation with Optimum Nutrition, only the 5g is Creapure and the other ones are not from the same source. However, my opinion is that the whole line are still respectable micronized creatine monohydrates – same product but not the same source which can be mistaken in the video.

  1. Mine box looks same as yours but I have seen different boxes where it says
5g instead of 3g and stuff which one is newer and it does even matter? also
is this creapure? not sure if its creapure on 300g version and 600g cuz it
doesnt says so in the box only in their homepage.

    1. so the 3g (300g) version is not creapure? wtf that made me disapointed cuz
I just bought one, so I have to buy the 600g version to have it creapure -.-

    2. +7incher I too find it mysterious that ON don’t use the same source in all
their products, but I don’t know the reason behind it so I can’t judge. I’d
say this is a respectable creatine, but if you are really opting for a
Creapure, then yes you have to get the one with a serving size of 5g. I
hope I didn’t ruin your day!

    3. +Oscar Hagman in this site both the 300g and 600g version says “3g” on the
box so both of them are not creapure? The 5g version doesnt say anyone on
their box that its creapure either only in their homepage maybe its just a
trick to let people buy the most expensive creatine lol.

    4. +7incher both the 3g and the 5g serving size comes in different sizes of
the container, what matters is the serving size. From what I’ve seen the 5g
is branded with Creapure on the label too.

    5. +Oscar Hagman oh well…its still probs a good creatine I once went with a
much cheaper one and it was just fine im sure this is just as good but next
time I will look for another brand for sure thanks for ur comment buddy!
