  1. It’s best to mix it it with simple carbs like fruit juice when you take the
creatine. It is not talking about throughout the day, just when you are
    taking the creatine

  2. That’s what I thought, thanks! I am finishing a tub of another brand of
creatine while waiting for my ON creatine to arrive. I have never loaded
creatine before. Do you recommend I go on a 4-5 loading phase or is
creatine loading only effective the first time you take the product?

  3. i started taking creatine micronized .. no energy no nothing . i felt very
tired and not wanting to lift . before that i tried creatine monohydrate
once and as soon as i took it i felt a surge of energy any idea on wats up
with that, and yes i was drinking alot of water

  4. I have never heard of creatine giving a surge of energy unless it was part
of a preworkout energy supplement (with caffeine). Creatine is a supplement
you will most likely “see” working more than you’ll “feel” working. As you
take this with a good diet and lifting regimen, you should see increased
gains and muscle size as well as added endurance and strength in the gym.

  5. Yes, you will see excellent results for muscle mass with this product, in
combination with a good eating and workout routine.

  6. Ok, I’m new to this. So creatine monohydrate micronized, is the best? I got
mine from Walmart, price- 20$. It’s powder. But my question is do I take
creatine everysingle day? Even on days I’m not working out? Also on taking
creatine, I take it in the morning and another before a workout, a hour
before my workout, then when the hour comes I workout. Then repeat the next
    day?

  7. Different manufacturers have different suggested uses for their products.
Usually it is only necessary to take just one serving a day (no more than
5-10g) during the maintenance phase. It is most often directed to be taken
immediately following workouts. You may also take 5g of creatine on your
    non-training days

  8. Yes, this does come with a scoop. However, some have reported that the
scoop can settle to the bottom during shipping. You may need to stir for it
with a utensil when you get it, or just use a spoon to serve.

  9. I am 17 weight 140 5’10 . I am skinny not to. Skinny I use already whey
protein still look the same and use super advance certain just gain a lil .
Do u think this will improve me and get muscle ?

    1. I do eat a lot . Sometimes I eat like 4-6 times a day I workout a lot and
play sports after school nd during the weekend

  10. Loading is a load of bullshit there’s no difference between loading and
just taking 5g daily don’t listen to these guys there being paid to say
    this
