    monohydrate uses water to push the creatine into the muscles. It also has a
    lot of side effects. 1. You will get a lot of water weight. 2. There is a
    loading phase to a monohydrate, you have to take 15g for the first week,
    and 7g every day after that. 3. There is a maintenence phase to it, meaning
    you have to take it everyday, even on the days you don’t workout! 4. It is
    extremely liver toxic. 5. If you don’t drink enough water with it, you will
    experience cramps and headaches because your body will pull from anywhere
    it can to push the creatine into your muscles. Terrible product…. stick
    with creatine HCI… None of the above side effects and make sure you are
