  1. Frank glad to see you again .I was 50 last month and I started raw only
October 2008 I feel real good I am working on 100% and I wanted to let you
know I have been wathing your videos for a while now.Love watching food
being made by you and others.Take care~Dianne

  2. Thanks Frank I am going to show this to my mom shes been on bp meds for 30
yrs!!! I would lOOOVE to see her incorporte raw but she is WONDERFUL cook
so it may be kinda hard say a prayer for me:) And u r doing great it takes
a lot just to realize the problems with “regular” food so we r faaar ahead,
also thanks for the raw lasagna vid it is one of my favorite dishes now:)

  3. I have stomach problems and some other problems. And yes its the same here.
Raw food also makes you sense the differences in your body more. I’m only
20 years old but i just noticed how can food affect your mood and
    everything.

  4. It is really hard to say no, especially if you still have a taste for that
kind of food. My girlfriend doesn’t eat that healthy, so there’s always
unhealthy food around the home and it’s really hard not to give into it. My
biggest problem is actually the cheese. I sometimes get these huge cheese
cravings and eat excessive amounts of it, even though I know it will make
me feel bad. I tried to find some emotional connection to it, but I
couldn’t. Perhaps there’s some nutrient in it that I crave?

  5. We have such a connection to cheese. Milk, dairy, ice cream. They all taste
so good. You can’t beat cravings, the only thing to do is eat as much good
healthy food so there isn’t much room for the bad stuff.

  6. I wonder how are you doing after 3years? Amazing experience you have
shared. I call myself blessed learning more and more about raw/vegan
nutrition and I’m only 25. My kids will learn it right from the start, that
is for sure. The information you give is very valuable and is being heard
    in this world. Thank you!

  7. Three years later my blood pressure is perfect. I run 5 miles a day. (That
helps). I continue to have a green smoothie for breakfast, a salad and oat
meal for lunch. And at dinner I eat something cooked and reasonable. I just
turned 60 and never felt better!

  8. This might be a girly thing to say, but your skin looks amazing! You can
really tell that you’re on a healthy diet 🙂
