  1. @mohazir yousef Thoppayil big muscles, JK. It’s protein rich powdered food
source so that’s the best way to think of it.

  2. +Adnan Shaikh Depends on how many calories you need to reach a surplus. We
have a couple vids on the topic you may find helpful:

  3. +Meh BLAH I wouldn’t say this is the best protein powder. ON is a good,
reputable company for sure. Source of protein does matter as proteins
differ in many ways so one is best to get a variety in their diet. If
you’re interested in more info on whey check out this vid. hope this helps: Whey
Protein Isolate Vs. Concentrate Vs. Hydrolysate

    1. Depends on whether you are in a caloric surplus or not. Generally it is not
thought of as a weight gainer as it does not have a lot of calories from
fat or carbs. So if you want to use it for bulking be sure to eat a lot of
calories in addition to it. Hope this helps.

  4. +Parv Sharma Soy protein will not have any lactose. Pure whey protein
isolates will have little to no lactose. Hope this helps.

  5. @alex zubiri When you take it really does matter too much, just think of
it in terms of performance. I personally like it around my workouts. Pre-Workout
Nutrition (What to Eat and When)
    Hope this helps.

  6. Depends how many calories you need to reach a caloric surplus. For most
Serious Mass would be the choice however if you are getting enough calories
from other sources, its unnecessary. We have a vid on the topic that you

  7. Do you need a shaker bottle to mix this up or can this just mix up well if
you shake it with any bottle you put it in? And what is the best flavor for
mixing with water in your opinion?

  8. @Ajay Dhawan I assume you are from a country outside the US where this is a
concern. If that is the case I suggest you contact the manufacturer or be
sure to buy from a reputable retailer.

    1. +adnan usmani I would say yes, as long as you’re eating properly and not
becoming dependent on this whey powder alone. It’ll be fine.

  9. Just what I needed. I’ve been looking at ways to increase body fat as I’m
pretty slim at the moment (though am fit and healthy) – So wanted to
increase the fat my body contains. This will be an ideal supplement to get
    that protein goal for sure.

  10. Well this product has acesulfame potassium .. Which is the less I say the
better jus Google. N this ppl don’t say anything about it .

  11. I bought ON whey protein in Delhi today and I suspect its authenticity.
When I opened 5LB tub there wasn’t any seal inside and it lead me to think
if it is genuine product or not. Its lid was sealed but once I removed
outside seal and opened it I expected inside seal too, but there wasnt any.
    Please advise.

    1. +Mohd Faisal What is this question ? You consume ON whey mixed with water
so you can drink water whenever you want and you can eat food whenever you
      want.

    1. U don’t need a protein shake to loose weight all u need is lower your
calories and carbs… It’s called caloric deficit

    2. Lowering carbs can be bad for boxers. Carbs are very necessary for high
intensity endurance activities like boxing. If you’re looking to replace
fattier meat with this (because it’s cheap and clean) then yes, this will
      help.

  12. Hi, I want to ask do u recommend this over isoflex? I’m confused between
the two on which to buy..Ty!

  13. Hello, thank u for all information! I need to lose 6 pounds before summer!
I changed all my diet! My breakfast I have banana with the whey gold shake,
lunch fish and some fruits, dinner shake again and fish or baket sweet
potato! If I am hungry I make another shake (only water, no milk)! I work
out 3 times per week (20 or 25 … Day) ! Is it ok me sub some food for
