  1. Thank you for these videos man they help a lot! You told me that i should
stick with compound workouts and i was just wondering how many reps you
recommend. I just turned 16 and am an ectomorph. If you could help that
    would be great! Thanks

  2. I just discovered your videos. Very inspiring…. I’m barely starting to
workout so I was wondering if creatine is something I should take now or
should I workout for a few months before I start taking it. Once you start
taking it, for how long should you take it, a few months, a year,? And also
what happens to you once you stop taking it?

    1. I recommend you start taking it when your about 2-3 months into working
out. I recommend taking 5 grams a day. When you stop taking creatine you
start to lose water retention in your muscles, so you will see weight loss
but that would only be water.

  3. Mine arrived today and I realised it doesn’t come with scoop. Is this
normal. I’m just using a teaspoon at the moment.

    1. +Brandon For some reason they come without a scoop all the time, as you
said just use a tea spoon, which normally comes out to 5g anyway.
