SmartyPants Vitamins And Super Smash Bros Brawl

SmartyPants vitamins sent me a whole case of these gummy vitamins and for the last week or so I have been popping them like candy. Why? Because they taste like candy and they are great for you! Way better than those Flintstones vitamins I was feeding my kids. It has no dyes, artificial flavors, or any other bad stuff and it is packed with the vitamins you need. Check out SmartyPants Vitamins at

What I'm hoping is someone can tell me how to get better at Super Smash Bros Brawl so i can defeat my kids. They are absolutely owning me right now and it's embarrassing. Is it the character I'm choosing? Is it the special moves? Help!

  1. You should see the tier list for brawl and see which characters are best
for the game and eventually start practicing with one that catches your
    eye .

  2. I use Emergen-C Immune Plus effervescent drink mix/powder and its pretty
good. Its expensive at the regular pharmacy but Costco has 60-count box for
$17.00. In the box there are 30 Blueberry-Acai and 30 Citrus flavor
packets. I don’t like the Citrus flavor ones but the Blueberry-Acai are
    very tasty.

How about some Chef Boyardee canned food reviews?!

  3. Under Solo mode, there’s a training mode you may want to try; it pits you
up against a computer player who just stands there.

  4. If both your kids are ganging up on you maybe invite your wife to play. 😛
Also that’s the wii controller not the gamecube controller. If I were you
and you want to maybe have an easier time go online and buy a gamecube
controller. It seems to be better to use then the wii mote or the wii
controller. Also mix it up try different characters and like what one other
player is saying learn how to use the shield more.

And if you didn’t know it already each time you get hit your percentage
goes up the more your percentage goes up the easier it is to get knocked
off the platform. I haven’t played a Luigi in a long time but im pretty
sure some of his attacks cause minimal damage.

Starting to get into video games now Mr. Freezerburns? 😛 Cause if so there
is a whole bunch of worlds out there to try. :D

  5. Hey Greg, I’ll help ya out. I can beat all of my friends at SSBB no sweat.
I don’t know how good your kids are/how practiced you are but here are some
tips: The best characters for someone learning the game to play would
probably be Kirby, Pikachu, and possibly Ike. Kirby has amazing recovery
(great for making up for mistakes), good damage with his smash moves (flick
the analog stick and press A) and strong down B and side B attacks. Pikachu
also has pretty good recovery, a spammable high damage down B attack and a
very strong, annoying down A smash. Ike doesn’t have very good recovery but
if you play a lot of games with 3 or 4 people his smash moves will get you
a ton of kills as he can kill a lot of characters once they hit around 60%.
My one friend is not very good but he’ll get a pretty good kill count with
    Ike or Kirby.

Also, for tactics, learning to shield is key. Air dodging attacks keeps you
alive, shielding on the ground reduces damage, and if you press A while
holding down shield you’ll do a grab attack so you can quickly block
someone’s punch, grab them and throw them towards the edge. Hope this
    helps!

    1. +Freezerburns I was joking 🙂 . Luigi is a pretty decent character, if you
know how to use him. Try running through story mode a couple of times with
      Luigi 🙂

  6. Nice review of the vitamins! I personally use Animal Pak (Big ole horse
pill sized vitamins, but amazingly nutrient dense. Good for weight
lifters), but these seem interesting as well! For SSBB, personally I would
use Meta Knight. Meta Knight is an all around good character to use as far
as speed, attack, recovery, and abilities goes (which is why most
competitive players use him when they can, because of these reasons).

  7. Shield it up and use your combos in quick succession. Stay out of fights
until you need to take them and on most maps higher up is not better.

  8. Don’t let your kids over consume the gummy vitamins because you can
overdose on them and suffer organ failure or even possibly death.

  9. Oh yah Greg u can keep using luigi! Just go Into training mode and practice
without ur kids! I was wrong about the power character thing

  10. Just like any character in Brawl, you gotta learn their move-sets and judge
when it’s best to use certain moves. Also, make very good use of the dodge
roll, the dodge fade (Where you dodge in place), and the aerial dodge. Once
you get those down, try experimenting with his abilities. Decide on which
is best to use during different situations. Just experiment and practice
and I’m sure you’ll get them! And as others have said, that is a classic
controller, not a gamecube controller. (Though I’d prefer the classic
controller or the classic controller pro anyway.) Good luck! (Also, charge
up those smash attacks. [Move control stick in one direction and tap the
normal attack button right after and hold it, the longer you hold it, the
more damage it does.] There is a limit to how long you can charge before
    your character attacks though.)

  11. I really liked the outro to this, it’s something new and I think you should
do them for other videos as your ending ”subscribe” screen (say, the last
10 seconds of a video). Adds character to your otherwise great vids. :)
