Jason's Opti-Men Review – Optimum Nutrition

For starters, I've always like Optimum Nutrition as a supplement company. Their supplements seem to be of high quality. And I'm surprised that I waited this long before trying ON's multi-vitamin product, Opti-Men. To me, multi-vitamins are a necessity, especially for bodybuilders and weight training enthusiasts.

Most top supplement brands have a multi-vitamin in their product line. And multi-vitamins aren't something you necessarily feel a lot from. It's not like a multi-vitamin is going to add 50 lbs to your bench press max in two weeks or anything. But they are important to your overall nutrition, health, and there's a long term benefit.

Opti_Men has all of the essential vitamins and minerals you need. And like the other hardcore multi's on the market, Opti-Men also has an amino acid profile, Viri Blend, Phyto Blend, and Enzy Blend.

If you compare the Opti-Men label to other advanced multi-vitamins and training packs, you'll find that Opti-Men is just as good if not better when you're talking about the specific amounts of essential ingredients. You'll also find that Opti-Men is less expensive as you get a full 60 days worth of vitamins with Opti-Men for less than most of it's competitors (which most of those are only a 20-30 day supply). I don't want to say that it's the best multi-vitamin out there (although I think Opti-Men is just as good as anythign else out there), but it's kind of a no-brainer.

Train with Passion,
Jason

  1. I can honestly say that since taking Opti-men i have noticed a huge rise in
my general immunity as well as my workout performance.

  2. You’re gains are gonna come more from training hard and heavy and eating
enough quality calories to help rebuild the muscle tissue after breaking it
down. Supplements like creatine will help. Multi-vitamin formulas aren’t
going to really help you gain mass, but to me they’re a necessity for
overall health. And if you’re training hard your body needs those vitamins
and nutrients even more than the average person that doesn’t train.

  3. Average Joe’s don’t have 40 inch biceps! Thanks for the honest and
insightful review. What are your thoughts on the absorption rates of pill
form vitamins? Does Opti-Men make anything in a liquid, powder or capsule
    form?

  4. I use Gold Standard WHEY and 5 grams creatine ON monohidrate and Casein
before to bed can i use Opti Men or its dangerous ???

  5. Hi First of all thanks for the review but i have 1 one question and i hope
    someone help me out ?
i was wondering whats the best times to take is it
1:- All in one time in the morning.
    or
2:- Two in the morning and one in the lunch
    or
3:- One in the lunch or 1 morning and 1 lunch and 1 in dinner?

    Thanks,

    1. Rohit, you can just take both together at any time but make sure you take
them with a meal. I prefer to take my vitamins in the evening with dinner.
