  1. @gnagetryssen Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein is meant to be taken
(drunk) within 30 minutes after your workout or training session. Jump over
to bodysuppsusa com for more information and products.

  2. So you like the Reflex Instant Whey? I heard it’s a good whey protein as
well. What other supplements do you recommend and get results from?

  3. I also drink it most mornings after training or cycling to work. I don’t
use the Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein as a meal replacement though,
you still need non-processed fresh foods to balance your diet. ON whey
protein is only a supplement to your diet.

  4. Sugar is the number one problem in our diet today. The more you can reduce
sugar in your diet, the better your health will be. Diet drinks, soft
drinks, or any drink or food that contains high fructose corn syrup is
really bad for you. Eat non-processed fresh foods like fruit and
vegetables, lean meat and fish. Search for SixPackAbs4 me to find out more.

  5. I didnt have enough room in the last comment, but really the only thing you
would have to watch for are the ingredients just to make sure you’re not
allergic to anything, other than that this is perfectly healthy to take.
But as I said you could get pretty much the same results by just going home
and eating a healthy meal, this is just the more expensive alternative.

  6. Thanks Ryan for your comments. Quite true, a large piece of meat will give
you the same results (plus I like my steak & veggies), but protein shakes
are easier at the gym and probably quicker to metabolize. How is your
    training going? Getting results?
