  1. I think taking it first thing in the morning is even more important than
    after a workout. There is nothing wrong with doing both.

  2. This might be a weird question, but can you just take a spoon full of this
    and shove it down the hatch? Do you need to mix it with something? Then
    just drink some water after swallowing the powder.

  3. take it however you want, The serving size is just a guide, like taking a
    bite of a sandwich opposed to eating the whole thing. water is important
    though to pump it around your body. unless you have a super high protein
    intake (in food eaten) a spoon full wont do much for you in terms of muscle
    gains but to answer your question, mix however much you want with water
    (about 8oz to every scoop/serving) then down the hatch it goes, otherwise
    it could be a bit like eating a spoonfull of flour.

  4. I closed this at 1.20. I won’t watch a review by someone who doesn’t even
    have a BASIC understanding of what the product does on a scientific level.
    Can’t read, pronounce, or comprehend what I assume is “precursor”…

  5. It would be a shame if you did not get ripped when other normal people
    accomplish it easily with Lean Body Maximizer (Google it).

  6. It depends on what kind you take. They have kinds for getting cut and some
    for bulk. If you work out you shouldn’t get fat. Just make sure you work
    out everytime you use it.
