  1. I am between buying this or the universal’s Ultra Whey Pro has anybody
tried both? Wich one do you think is best?

  2. i just got a tub and the top of the tub was sealed but the inside sealed
was loose and stuck on the top is this the way it comes or should it be
    sealed .

    1. +Evan Peng It doesn’t, I’ve tried both. The nitro tech has a much bigger
scooper, giving you more protein per “scoop”.

    1. +Giannis Kwstalanteos uh huh, and there is cocaine in your neighborhood’s
ice cream truck. Where the hell did you hear this? Something like 100% whey
protein is literally just whey protein along with naturally occurring amino
acids that you find in every day food. Whey protein is a type of protein
found in dairy products, CHEESE to be exact. Especially big brand companies
like ON, who have been tested and approved countless times. Do you honestly
think a big nam company like ON, who made arguably the most popular protein
in the market, would add something like steroids? and even then, what
company would spend so much money forming something like steroids to only
      sell for so little?

    2. stay away from protein and stuff, its illegal and its like drugs it will
kill you spread the message to anyone!!!!!

  3. what happens if you take this without doing any physical activity? trynna
gain weight with this, not really muscle.

    1. +Mihawk eyes well, i mean your daily calories, carbs and protein intakes
are what really is important. If he isn’t exceeding his calories, carbs and
fat intakes for a day, then this won’t really do anything.

    2. It will add extra calories to your diet. How long is a piece of string? The
end result would be determined by your activity level and what else
you’re eating. Protein is a nutrient not a weight gain drug.

    1. the best quality protein i’ve ever had. it easily mix even with spoon.
consistency, mixing, and taste better then dymatize after i test both
      product

  4. So I’m around 75kg should I use serious mass to get to 90kg then use gold
standard or should I just use gold standard – if I use gold standard would
that be better as I’m gaining more muscle then fat but if I use serious
mass wouldn’t I gain more fat than muscle- sorry if this makes no sense ?

    1. If you’re under 5’9-10 then go with the gold protein if you’re over that
height then get the mass and then the gold:) hope I helped

    2. Get enough calories – whether it’s from whey + food or the mass gainer. I
don’t know how he factored height into a protein requirement question.
Experiment a little and find your caloric spot where gain maybe 2-2.5lb per
      month.

As a beginner you’d maybe have 1 pound of that being muscle – this ensures
surplus without getting too fat that it’s difficult to get back off when
you cut. More fat doesn’t increase the rate of muscle growth so don’t waste
money and time eating too much and buying ‘mass’ shakes.

    3. you don’t need gainer bruh. stick with whey protein concentrate, isolate,
or even casein for your protein in take. other protein stuff is just a scam

  5. ‘Bypasses digestion process’ – Strong bro science. That would imply that
your body either doesn’t extract the protein from it, or that it goes
straight from your mouth, skips your esophagus and everything that follows
    and into your bicep…

Was expecting to see something useful in this video.
