Castor oil is also capable of of advancing DNA to superhuman DNA (SHDNA), this superhuman DNA has the triple helix spiral that is more stable & structured than RNA & DNA. Ricin from the seeds of the castor oil plant can deactivate the RNA in our bodies while giving the genetic codes of love & light to our double helix DNA to help it evolve into the triple helix super human DNA (SHDNA).

Apple Cider Vinegar High Blood Pressure Remedy

Apple Cider Vinegar is the newly found high blood pressure remedy as clearly explained in .
High blood pressure or hypertension is a tremendously common ailment that affects both men and women similarly. The standard medical treatment for elevated blood pressure is to stipulate dangerous statin drugs and convince the patient to restrict salt in their diet. Even though the medication part can help to lower a person’s high blood pressure, it does nothing at all to fix the core problem.
Yes, you may now lower your blood pressure by consuming apple cider vinegar. Other herbs, foods and dietary changes can assist in increasing the effectiveness of the vinegar. You can take a shot of it diluted in water or use it as a seasoning on uncooked or lightly cooked foods.
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) benefit on blood pressure is substantiated or or confirmed by scientific evidence. Experts suggest hypertensive patients to take 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp of honey in a glass of water twice a day to lower high blood pressure. They suggest that potassium in the vinegar ‘balances sodium levels in the body, which aids in maintaining blood pressure within healthy limits’ and ‘apple cider vinegar and honey also contain magnesium, a mineral that works to relax blood vessel walls and thus lower high blood pressure’. Dietary modifications and daily exercise should be done along with Apple Cide Vinegar remedy.

9 Lifestyle Changes for a Healthy Blood Pressure

Please leave comments here:

Happy Monday!

February is Heart Health Month and whenever I think of heart health, I think of two important people in my life: My grandmother and my dad.

When I was growing up, my grandparents lived with us which was such a gift to me. Through my grandmother, I learned to love the kitchen, creating new dishes while turning left overs into delicious creations. Because of her, I am still a peasant at heart and save frugally every scrap of vegetable to make a stock or bits of fish or chicken to add to my salads. Little is wasted in my home…

Through my grandmother (and now my dad) I also got a first hand look at how arduous it can be to manage heart disease. By the time she was my age, my grandmother suffered several heart attacks and took fistfuls of pills every day to prevent another. Over time, heart disease turned into diabetes and hypothyroidism, and each came with it’s own cocktail of pills. She eventually learned to reduce fats and meats in her diet and increase the amount of vegetables and fruit but not before her meds made her lose her hair and her memory. Had she started earlier, it is likely that none of this would have happened. My dad, ever vigilant of every ache and pain, was on top of his condition early on and has thankfully been without serious incident.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the world! While there is a genetic predisposition to this disease, it is also highly preventable. And one of the first places to begin making change is with your blood pressure.

Known as a silent killer because it has virtually no symptoms, hypertension is one of the leading causes of heart disease. If it goes untreated it can lead to heart attacks, strokes and kidney disease.

In today’s video I am going to share with you 9 lifestyle habits that will help you begin to manage your blood pressure right away.

Once you’ve watched, I want to hear from you! Have you been diagnosed with high blood pressure? Did your doctor let you off with a warning and some advice on changing your diet? Did you go on meds right away? I’d love to hear what measures you took to manage your blood pressure.

As always, it is a privilege to be with you on Monday! I look forward to hearing your comments in the blog below.

Have a happy and healthy week!

DESCRIPTION: Eating a diet low enough in sodium (salt) can prevent the rise in hypertension risk as we age.

I’ve badly neglected sodium on NutritionFacts.org, but that’s all going to change. I have about a dozen salt videos queued up that dive deep into the existing controversies. It’s such an enormous topic that it was a bit intimidating at first. There are more than 8,000 ( ) articles on the topic in the medical literature, but that’s what you have me for! If you appreciate my efforts please consider becoming a regular supporter by clicking on the donate ( ) button above.

Canned foods are infamous for their sodium content, but there are no-salt varieties (Canned Beans or Cooked Beans? ). Cutting down on sodium is one of the ways we could be Improving on the Mediterranean Diet ( ). Beyond heart health it could also help our kidneys (How to Treat Kidney Stones with Diet ). But if you cut down on salt, won’t everything taste like cardboard? See Changing Our Taste Buds ( ).

Can Oatmeal Reverse Heart Disease?

Subscribe for free to Dr. Greger's videos at:

DESCRIPTION: Less than 3% of Americans meet the daily recommended fiber intake despite research suggesting high-fiber foods such as whole grains can affect the progression of coronary heart disease.

Oatmeal offers a lot more than fiber, though. See my last two oat videos Oatmeal Lotion for Chemotherapy-Induced Rash ( ) and Can Oatmeal Help Fatty Liver Disease? ( )

Trowell’s work had a big influence on Dr. Denis Burkitt. See Dr. Burkitt’s F-Word Diet ( ).

This reminds me of other interventions like hibiscus tea for high blood pressure (Hibiscus Tea vs. Plant-Based Diets for Hypertension ) or amla for diabetes (Amla Versus Diabetes ). Better to reverse the disease completely.
