Kontraindikationen für hohen Blutdruck:
– Haben nicht zurück Biege Pose
– Vermeiden Sie alle Arten von schnellen Atmung Praxis wie Kapalbhati, Bhastrika
– Versuchen Sie nicht Abhaltung der Atem (Kumbhaka Pranayama)
– Üben Sie Inversion (Upside-down-Haltung) wie Sarvangasana, Viprit Karni nicht, Kopfstand oder Hand stehen.

Yoga can be a very beneficial therapy to lower high blood pressure naturally. A gentle, soothing practice of yoga stretches settles mind and body and reduces stress. Yoga postures tend to switch on the parasympathetic nervous system, reponsible for rest and repair, and turn off the sympathetic nervous system, used for the fight-or-flight stress response. Increased parasympthatetic activity has a beneficial effect on many systems in the body, and allows the nervous system to become more balanced, freeing up the body's inherent healing response.

Used corrrectly, yoga can be a great therapy for high blood pressure. However, there are some cautions that need to be considered, and you are best off working with a yoga therapist that can give you a specifically tailored yoga practice for high blood pressure. If you are on hypertensive medication, you will want to continue your medication and only phase it out under a doctor's supervision. Even though your blood pressure is lowered by medication, it is not stable at that lower reading. So even if your blood pressure has been lowered to normal levels by medication, it is still important to go by the following precautions when beginning yoga.

High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, one of the most important contributors to heart disease and stroke. According to WHO- "Hyper-pressure contributes to nearly 9.4 million deaths due to heart disease and stroke every year and, together, these two diseases are the number one cause of death worldwide". And, hyper-tension also increases the risk of kidney failure, blindness and several other conditions.
According to a new study presented at the "28th Annual Scientific Meeting", have shown that " yoga can lead to significant reductions in blood pressure, especially when used in addition with other lifestyle modifications".
Contraindications for High Blood Pressure :
— Don't do back bending pose
— Avoid any types of fast Breathing practice like Kapalbhati, Bhastrika Pranayama
— Don't try holding of Breath ( Kumbhaka Pranayama )
— Don't Practice inversion (Upside-down Pose) like Sarvangasana, Viprit Karni, Head stand or Hand stand.
